Cancellation conditions
Cancellation Policy – Villapark Noordwolde
1. General
These cancellation terms apply to all reservations at Villapark Noordwolde. By making a reservation, you agree to these cancellation terms.
2. Free Cancellation
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. You will receive a full refund of the reservation amount.
3. Cancellations Within 30 Days of Arrival
- Within 30 to 15 days before arrival: If you cancel your reservation within 30 days and up to 15 days before the arrival date, 25% of the total accommodation cost will be charged.
- Within 14 to 7 days before arrival: If you cancel your reservation within 14 days and up to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total accommodation cost will be charged.
- Within 7 days before arrival: If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of the arrival date, 75% of the total accommodation cost will be charged.
4. No-Show or Same-Day Cancellation
In case of a no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, 100% of the total accommodation cost will be charged. No refund will be provided in this case.
5. Changes to Reservation
Any changes to your reservation, such as extending or shortening your stay, are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Changes within 30 days of arrival may be subject to the same conditions as cancellations within this period.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after confirmation of your cancellation or change, depending on the payment method used for the reservation.
7. Exceptions
In certain cases, such as promotional rates or special offers, different cancellation conditions may apply. These will be clearly stated with the specific offer.
