House Rules – Villapark Noordwolde

1. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in: from 16:00.
• Check-out: until 10:00.

Please let us know in advance if you wish to check out later. This is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Breakfast and Catering

Breakfast is available on request. Additionally, lunch, dinner, or drinks can be arranged; please ask about the possibilities.

3. Peace and Quiet

Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum after 22:00.

Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted at Villapark Noordwolde.

4. Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all villas and apartments. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

5. Pets

Pets are not allowed on the park.

6. Use of Facilities

Please treat the villas, apartments, and facilities with respect. Any damage or loss caused by guests may result in additional charges.

7. Safety

Always securely lock your villa or apartment when leaving.

Report any suspicious activity via our emergency number listed in our WhatsApp Business.

8. Waste and Environment

We aim to operate sustainably. Please help by separating waste and conserving energy and water.

9. Respect for Other Guests

Be polite and respectful to other guests. Racism, discrimination, or aggressive behavior is not tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without refund.

10. Payments

All invoices must be paid prior to your stay. Access to the villa or apartment may be denied without full prepayment.

11. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve it.

12. Liability

Villapark Noordwolde is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. We recommend storing valuable items securely.

13. Privacy

Respect the privacy of other guests. Taking photos or videos of other guests without permission is not allowed.
