General and/or Booking Terms & Conditions – Villapark Noordwolde

1. General

Villapark Noordwolde offers holiday villas and apartments on a self-service basis, which means there is no staff present on site. We are available by phone from 08:00 to 17:30 for any questions or requests. Outside these hours, we will try to respond as soon as possible.

These terms and conditions apply to all reservations, bookings, and stays at Villapark Noordwolde, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By making a reservation or staying with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Reservations and Payments

All reservations must be fully paid at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

In case of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without further notice.

Prices include VAT and other local taxes, unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total accommodation costs.

In case of no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, 100% of the total accommodation costs will be charged.

Changes to the reservation (e.g., extension or shortening of the stay) are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

4. Arrival and Departure

Check-in is available from 16:00. Check-out must be completed before 10:00.

Late check-out after 10:00 may result in an additional night charge, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Guests will receive the necessary self-service check-in information via email and/or SMS prior to their stay.

5. Stay and House Rules

Guests are expected to respect and comply with the house rules of Villapark Noordwolde.

We reserve the right to remove guests from the park without refund if they violate the house rules.

Smoking is prohibited in all villas and apartments. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

6. Liability

Villapark Noordwolde is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings, unless such damage is caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the park.

Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property or furnishings during their stay.

7. Complaints

Any complaints must be reported as soon as possible by phone or email. We will do our best to resolve complaints within our contact hours (08:00–17:30).

Complaints not reported immediately may not be addressed afterwards.

8. Privacy and Personal Data

Villapark Noordwolde processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. Personal data is only used to manage the reservation and improve our services.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes

All agreements and obligations with Villapark Noordwolde are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes will initially be resolved through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
